Australian School Based Apprenticeships
An Australian School Based Apprenticeship (ASbA) involves the employment of a young person who is undertaking a traineeship part-time while still attending either high school or college. This program provides students with an excellent opportunity to try an occupation that may be of interest to them. The range of industry areas that offer ASBA traineeships is extensive.
Work Experience
Work experience is an essential element of high school in preparation for future work and education opportunities. It is available to all students and offers a diverse range of placements.
